Aluminum Bronze Non-sparking Tools

Beryllium Copper Non-sparking Tools
1. Appropriate for operation with hydrogen concentration below 21%,
2. Surface Color:Golden Yellow
3. Non-magnetic
4. Hardness: 30-40 HRC
5. Tensile Strength: 1117N/mm²-1326N/mm²
6. Elasticity Limit: 840N/mm²-880N/mm²
7. Extensibility: δ≤1.0%
To ensure the explosion-proof performance, after the raw materials are melt with scientific ratio, QC personnel will take sample piece to do drop weight and friction test according to GB/T 10686-2013 standard. The test is conducted under the highest level ExIIC, hydrogen concentration 21%. Only if the samples are tested qualified can the next step of production be carried out.
